Responsibilities
- Plan, implement, control, document, and test integrations across system elements, subsystems, interfaces, software, computing, storage, networking, and cloud services.
- Design, construct, amend, and verify secure software components while applying software development, security, privacy, testing, and change-control standards.
- Develop automation and continuous integration capabilities covering build, packaging, testing, security, and deployment, including source-code and artifact version control.
- Define integration builds, configure test environments, perform integration testing, report results, and maintain configuration-management records.
- Develop and test disaster recovery plans and apply incident-management processes for major systems integrations.
- Provide authoritative systems integration advice, lead integration work, assess risks, and contribute to organisational policies, standards, and guidelines.
Requirements
- Experience planning, implementing, and controlling the integration of system elements, subsystems, and interfaces into operational systems, products, or services.
- Ability to configure system components and equipment for testing, develop integration plans, define complex or new integration builds, and ensure correct environment configuration.
- Ability to design, perform, and report integration-build tests and identify and document integration components.
- Ability to develop organisational systems integration and build capabilities, including automation and continuous integration.
- Ability to evaluate and manage adoption of tools, techniques, and processes for robust integration frameworks and provide technical guidance.
- Must be an Australian citizen and able to obtain and maintain an Australian Government Security Vetting Agency NV1 security clearance or higher.
