Responsibilities
- Design and develop major features and subsystems within existing core infrastructure systems.
- Write secure, maintainable, robust code and comprehensive tests.
- Lead system design, implementation, operational readiness, planning, and risk mitigation.
- Identify and resolve complex issues, lead root cause analysis, and recommend effective solutions.
- Build metrics and dashboards to improve visibility and situational awareness.
- Improve operational efficiency, availability, compliance, and technical debt.
- Mentor others and elevate development practices, team ownership, and engineering excellence.
- Collaborate with teams across the organization and manage complex cross-team dependencies.
