Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and optimize AI agents for customer service, supply chain optimization, recommendation systems, and internal operations.
- Develop agent architectures incorporating machine learning, NLP, knowledge representation, and reasoning techniques.
- Integrate AI agents with existing JD.com systems and platforms.
- Research and experiment with new AI paradigms and technologies.
- Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and engineering teams to define requirements and deliver solutions.
- Monitor, evaluate, and fine-tune deployed AI agents for accuracy, reliability, and scalability.
- Contribute to internal AI frameworks, tools, and best practices.
Requirements
- Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Robotics, or a related quantitative field.
- At least 3 years of experience designing and implementing AI agents or intelligent systems.
- Strong proficiency in Python, Java, or C++.
- In-depth understanding of machine learning algorithms, deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow and PyTorch, and NLP techniques.
- Experience with agent-based modeling, reinforcement learning, multi-agent systems, or cognitive architectures.
- Solid understanding of software engineering principles, design patterns, data structures, and algorithms.
- Cloud platform familiarity with AWS, Azure, or GCP and MLOps experience are preferred.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
