Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, deploy, and support end-to-end automation solutions using UiPath and other automation technologies.
- Build scalable, reusable automation frameworks and prepare solution design, technical specification, and process documentation.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into automation solutions aligned with business, compliance, security, and quality requirements.
- Perform unit testing, integration testing, UAT support, deployment, post-production hypercare, and change management activities.
- Conduct code reviews and establish development and documentation best practices.
- Partner with business stakeholders during process assessments and solution design workshops.
- Support RPA implementations, platform administration, infrastructure optimization, platform upgrades, migrations, and automation governance.
- Integrate UiPath with enterprise applications, databases, APIs, third-party platforms, monitoring tools, and reporting systems.
- Provide technical recommendations, facilitate knowledge-sharing and walkthrough sessions, mentor team members, and promote new UiPath capabilities.
Requirements
- 3–6 years of experience in Robotic Process Automation development.
- Strong hands-on experience with UiPath Studio and UiPath Orchestrator.
- Experience with Finance and Accounting processes, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, reconciliations, General Ledger, and financial reporting.
- Understanding of SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, or other ERP platforms.
- Experience delivering automation solutions across design, development, testing, deployment, and support.
- Strong understanding of automation frameworks, exception handling, logging, and monitoring.
- Experience integrating UiPath with enterprise applications, databases, APIs, and other technologies.
- Knowledge of SQL, microservices, and automation architecture principles.
- Experience with Azure cloud technologies, DevOps practices, and tools such as JIRA.
- Understanding of Intelligent Automation, AI-powered automation, and UiPath AI capabilities.
- Experience integrating UiPath with monitoring and reporting tools such as Splunk.
- UiPath Advanced Developer Certification is preferred.
- Strong business analysis, problem-solving, analytical, communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
