Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain systems supporting a distributed fleet of SmartNICs, including deployment and monitoring tooling.
- Participate in on-call rotation and monitor the SmartNIC fleet and associated services.
- Improve operational capabilities through runbooks, alarming metrics, dashboards, and internal tools.
- Automate and scale deployment processes across an increasing number of regions.
- Provide technical leadership, mentoring, incident resolution, production support, and code reviews.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant functional area, or equivalent relevant experience.
- At least 4 years of software engineering or related experience.
- Expert Java development experience building highly available and scalable distributed cloud systems.
- Strong experience with Spring Framework, Spring Boot, and Spring MVC.
- Experience with production support, incident troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, distributed-system integrations, production change management, and code reviews.
- Experience with Linux, Git, Maven, and Shell or Python scripting.
- Ability to independently lead technical changes and cross-team incident resolution.
- Preferred experience with OCI, Kubernetes, cloud-native operational tooling, observability, and hardware or firmware integration.
