Responsibilities
- Develop and operate IT/SRE automation, AIOps, workflow automation, ITSM, observability, and ChatOps solutions.
- Implement automation and orchestration using Python, PowerShell, APIs, Ansible, Terraform, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or similar tools.
- Support incident management, problem management, SRE practices, ITIL processes, automation governance, and operational analytics.
- Work with ServiceNow and other ITSM platforms.
- Use Azure, AWS, GCP, Splunk, Grafana, Prometheus, and other monitoring or observability tools.
- Explore AI/GenAI tools, LLMs, prompt engineering, and AI-powered automation for IT operations.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in IT/SRE automation, AIOps, service management, or related areas.
- Strong hands-on experience with AI/GenAI, LLM-based automation, workflow automation, ITSM, observability, and ChatOps.
- Experience with ServiceNow, Microsoft Teams, cloud platforms, observability platforms, and automation/orchestration tools is desirable.
- Strong understanding of SRE, incident and problem management, ITIL, automation governance, and operational analytics.
- Experience with Python, PowerShell, and automation or scripting.
- Hands-on exposure to ServiceNow or other ITSM platforms.
- Familiarity with Ansible, Terraform, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Splunk, Grafana, or Prometheus.
- Any graduation, B.E., B.Tech., or a related discipline.
