Base Salary
$160k - $185k/yr
Responsibilities
- Partner with account executives to address technical hurdles and support complex enterprise pre-sales motions.
- Create custom demonstrations and build and present UAT environments.
- Design and manage proof-of-concept exercises, including those involving large datasets.
- Conduct architecture and security reviews.
- Scope proposed solutions and hand them over to the implementation team.
- Bridge sales, product, engineering, and professional services stakeholders.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in a technical pre-sales role such as Sales Engineer, Solutions Engineer, or Solutions Consultant supporting complex enterprise sales motions.
- Experience with identity and fraud in the fintech or banking sector.
- Superior presentation skills and the ability to explain complex technical requirements to technical and business audiences.
- Experience listening to stakeholders and asking targeted follow-up questions.
- Experience reading and understanding object-oriented code; scripting or coding ability is a plus but not required.
- Experience working with APIs, including making API calls using cURL, Postman, or related technologies.
- Comfort working in ambiguous situations while maintaining integrity.
- Familiarity with single-tenant and multi-tenant systems, SSO, resiliency, and encryption in AWS is a plus.
- Experience creating and running proofs of concept with large datasets is a plus.
