Responsibilities
- Assist with developing and implementing applications using ServiceNow platform capabilities.
- Develop integrations and workflows using Flow Designer, legacy Workflow, Integration Hub, and REST.
- Work with senior engineers, product managers, and Business System Analysts to understand requirements and deliver code.
- Develop reusable code, improve test cases, and support test automation and high-quality product delivery.
- Support releases, product upgrades, and modern technology deployments.
- Provide second-level ServiceNow support, resolve incidents, and assist with process management and project coordination.
- Conduct peer reviews of high-level designs, code, test plans, and test results.
- Communicate technical solutions to internal and external team members and collaborate in onshore/offshore teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Entry-level experience; internship experience is highly preferred.
- Willingness to learn ServiceNow configuration, scripting, and problem-solving.
- Commitment to quality through testing and documentation.
- Strong collaboration and written and verbal communication skills.
- Eagerness to learn new technologies and platform capabilities.
