Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain Salesforce and AWS systems supporting global seller operations.
- Provide technical support and resolve customer inquiries and system problems.
- Document root-cause analysis findings and recommended solutions.
- Monitor customer service areas for potential system issues affecting customer experience.
- Set up and configure Salesforce customer accounts and configurations.
- Maintain, improve, and implement changes to Salesforce and AWS applications and processes.
- Develop requirements and specifications based on customer needs.
- Install, configure, and test applications, software, and hardware.
- Develop and execute system maintenance plans.
- Consult with stakeholders on application performance, scalability, and usability.
- Ensure compliance with security protocols for Salesforce and AWS systems.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience with programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, Go, .NET, or Java, or equivalent.
- Experience working cross-functionally across technical and non-technical teams is preferred.
- Customer experience, strong analytical skills, attention to detail, effective communication abilities, and Linux/RHEL experience are preferred.
