- Implement agent orchestration, multi-step planning, tool/function calling, guardrails, validation, and human-in-the-loop controls.
- Integrate agentic capabilities with backend services, APIs, data systems, and product surfaces.
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and design teams to define agent behaviors and ship user-facing improvements.
- Evaluate and improve agent quality using testing, experimentation, task-success, latency, and cost measurements.
- Support production readiness through observability, debugging, CI/CD, and operational reliability.
- Develop reusable prompts, tools, and agent scaffolding for agentic product development.

- Experience with JavaScript/TypeScript and modern web development, ideally with React or a similar framework.
- Experience building or integrating API-driven systems across application layers.
- Hands-on experience with LLM-powered or agentic applications, including tool/function calling, structured outputs, RAG, or multi-step workflows.
- Understanding of agent design patterns including planning, memory and state management, tool use, and error recovery.
- Ability to translate ambiguous requirements into structured implementation plans and determine when autonomous agents, deterministic logic, validation, or human approval should be used.
- Comfort with code reviews, testing, continuous improvement, and clear written and verbal communication.
- Preferred familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, or Azure; enterprise AI product delivery; cybersecurity or automation; and LLM evaluation, prompt iteration, or reliability practices.
