Responsibilities
- Validate business requirements with Product Owners, users, and team members.
- Design, develop, configure, integrate, and support Salesforce solutions.
- Apply development best practices, architecture patterns, and security standards.
- Develop and execute automated and functional tests and improve solution quality, performance, robustness, and test coverage.
- Contribute to continuous integration and continuous deployment practices.
- Participate in technical decisions, code reviews, knowledge sharing, and team ceremonies.
- Develop integration solutions involving APIs, enterprise applications, and event-driven architectures.
- Provide production support, troubleshoot issues, and maintain application documentation and sustainability.
Requirements
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to address complex technical challenges.
- Expertise in Salesforce development, including Apex, Salesforce configuration, and front-end development frameworks.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce data models, data integration concepts, and enterprise integration architectures.
- Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively within Agile and DevOps teams.
- 3 to 5 years of Salesforce experience, particularly with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud and Experience Cloud.
- Experience with Data 360, Agentforce/Einstein, MuleSoft, or Kafka is considered an asset.
