Base Salary

$150k - $270k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Own features and systems end-to-end across the full stack, from backend architecture through user-facing interfaces.
  • Partner with product, design, and finance experts to shape products and make appropriate technical tradeoffs.
  • Improve engineering quality through continuous delivery, test-driven development, production reliability, and ownership.
  • Support team growth through code reviews, mentorship, and hands-on collaboration.

Requirements

  • At least five years of software engineering experience with a track record on complex, large-scale projects.
  • Strong backend fundamentals and willingness to work on frontend systems when needed.
  • Ability to make technical decisions and navigate difficult tradeoffs at varying scopes.
  • Strong product instincts focused on user impact, not only technical correctness.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment with an evolving playbook.
  • Experience in fintech, ERP, or accounting software is preferred.
  • Hands-on experience with Kotlin, Java, or TypeScript is preferred.
  • Familiarity with enterprise readiness, such as SOC 2, SSO/SAML, or audit logging, is preferred.
