Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Own features and systems end-to-end across the full stack.
- Partner with product, design, and finance experts to shape development.
- Advocate for technical tradeoffs while keeping customer perspectives central.
- Raise the bar for engineering quality through continuous delivery and test-driven development.
- Mentor and grow the team through code reviews and collaboration.
Requirements
- 5+ years of software engineering experience on complex, large-scale projects.
- Strong backend fundamentals with a willingness to engage in frontend development.
- Comfortable making technical decisions and navigating tradeoffs.
- Strong product instincts focused on user impact.
- Energized by building in a fast-moving environment.
