Base Salary
$180k - $250k/yr
Responsibilities
- Take ownership of high-impact engineering projects through production.
- Build, launch, and maintain end-to-end features spanning data models, APIs, UI, and operations.
- Make independent decisions about architecture, scope, and technical tradeoffs.
- Collaborate with customers, design, and product to determine what to build.
- Maintain high standards for code quality, system design, and operational reliability.
Requirements
- Experience building and operating real production systems.
- Ability to work across the stack while developing deep expertise where needed.
- Ability to operate independently and deliver in a modern engineering environment.
- Clear written communication and a bias toward execution.
- Experience with identity, security, distributed systems, large-scale data systems, fast-growing startups, or developer products is helpful but not required.
- Effective use of AI tools is expected.
