Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain scalable Java backend services using Spring Boot or similar frameworks.
- Develop APIs and integrations with Salesforce and other internal or external systems.
- Contribute to internal web applications, user interfaces, and API contracts across UI and backend layers.
- Build and maintain Salesforce integrations and contribute to Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, and configuration when needed.
- Participate in architecture, distributed-systems, data-flow, sprint-planning, estimation, and delivery activities.
- Write maintainable code with unit and integration test coverage and troubleshoot complex service, integration, and data issues.
- Improve service performance, observability, resilience, logging, metrics, alerting, documentation, runbooks, and platform quality.
Requirements
- 6+ years of professional software engineering experience with Java.
- Strong production experience building backend services, APIs, integrations, distributed systems, and service-to-service communication.
- Experience with Git-based workflows, code reviews, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Ability to independently solve complex systems problems and communicate technical decisions clearly.
- Preferred experience with internal web UIs, Java-based web frameworks, React, or Angular.
- Preferred experience with Salesforce, including Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, Salesforce APIs, or Java-Salesforce integrations.
- Preferred experience with Kafka or similar event-driven architectures, AWS, and highly available or regulated systems.
- Experience with AI model or agent platforms such as Anthropic, OpenAI, Amazon Bedrock, LangChain, Google Vertex AI, Microsoft Copilot Studio, CrewAI, or AutoGen is a plus.
- Salesforce Administrator or Developer certification is a plus.
