Responsibilities
- Develop and enhance applications, websites, and digital solutions using PHP, Drupal, Laravel, and Craft CMS.
- Participate in technical design and architecture discussions and recommend implementation approaches.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions.
- Maintain technical documentation and follow coding standards and development best practices.
- Support application optimization, deployments, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- 7+ years of software development experience with PHP.
- Strong experience with PHP frameworks and CMS platforms, including Drupal, Laravel, and Craft CMS.
- Understanding of web application architecture, MVC frameworks, and software design principles.
- Experience with Git, Linux environments, and containers/Docker.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Advanced English communication skills.
- Preferred experience includes WordPress, React or Vue.js, HTML, CSS, SASS, Bootstrap, and MySQL.
- Familiarity with AI-powered development tools, code-generation platforms, or the Healthcare Payer domain is advantageous.
