Responsibilities
- Identify and resolve issues across multiple components of critical business systems.
- Develop a deep understanding of system architecture to anticipate and prevent potential issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve system reliability and performance.
- Analyze complex incidents and lead root-cause investigations to implement long-term solutions.
- Recommend and implement best practices as part of continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with and manage teams, contribute to key decisions, and provide solutions applicable across multiple teams.
- Share knowledge and maintain documentation to strengthen team capabilities and service quality.
Requirements
- At least 7.5 years of experience is required.
- Advanced proficiency in Site Reliability Engineering is required.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
- Subject matter expertise and the ability to collaborate across multiple teams are expected.
