Base Salary
$200k - $350k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build infrastructure and backend systems that power real-time AI agents.
- Work across data pipelines, analytics, and real-time agent systems.
- Migrate and scale the analytics service using ClickHouse.
- Improve hallucination detection systems and reduce hallucination rates.
- Scale, stabilize, and add features and accuracy to the browser-use agent.
- Own loosely defined problems end-to-end, including technical approach, implementation, and iteration.
- Make sound technical decisions, ship reliably, and help set standards for code quality and system design.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience building backend systems, ideally in environments where reliability and scale mattered.
- Ability to work comfortably with ambiguity and determine what to build from loosely defined problems.
- Willingness to work across unfamiliar parts of the codebase when needed.
- Strong commitment to clean, accurate code while balancing speed of delivery.
- Interest in solving difficult infrastructure problems for AI agents in production.
- Ability to work on-site in San Francisco.
