$110k - $160k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own AI features end-to-end from design to production.
- Develop agentic workflows and RAG pipelines.
- Build evaluation frameworks and experimentation loops.
- Collaborate with product and domain experts to innovate AI applications.
Requirements
- 3+ years in a technical role with backend systems and APIs.
- 2+ years of experience shipping production AI systems.
- Hands-on experience with production LLM applications and structured extraction.
- Proficiency in Python and full-stack development.
