Responsibilities
- Define and maintain enterprise AI architecture, standards, and reference models.
- Provide technical leadership and advise engineering, product, and business stakeholders on AI design decisions.
- Develop AI architecture strategy aligned with business goals, digital transformation, and enterprise architecture principles.
- Translate business requirements into scalable, secure, maintainable AI architectures and mitigate architectural risks.
- Design end-to-end AI solutions covering data pipelines, model development, training, deployment, and monitoring.
- Integrate AI capabilities with data platforms, applications, and enterprise systems.
- Support MLOps and LLMOps practices for reliable, repeatable, and scalable AI deployments.
- Define and enforce AI governance, ethics, security, privacy, regulatory compliance, and responsible AI practices.
- Evaluate AI tools, frameworks, platforms, emerging technologies, and vendor offerings.
- Collaborate with data, platform engineering, MLOps, product, security, legal, and compliance teams.
- Mentor technical teams and contribute to an AI community of practice.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, artificial intelligence, data science, engineering, or a related field.
- Several years of experience in software, data, or solution architecture with significant hands-on AI/ML systems experience.
- Proven experience designing and deploying AI solutions at enterprise scale.
- Strong understanding of machine learning, deep learning, and generative AI architectures.
- Experience with cloud platforms and AI services such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
- Familiarity with MLOps, LLMOps, model lifecycle management, and AI observability.
- Strong communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to balance innovation with enterprise-grade reliability, security, and compliance.
- French and English bilingualism is required.
