Base Salary
$121k - $139k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own the architecture, development, performance, experimentation, tracking, and integration layers for Ivo’s high-traffic website.
- Lead the migration from Webflow to a modern code-based stack and own the resulting architecture.
- Build a scalable landing page and publishing system that enables marketers to create pages without engineering involvement.
- Develop component-level A/B testing and experimentation capabilities integrated with analytics.
- Architect server-side tracking pipelines across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and Reddit advertising platforms.
- Build API integrations and middleware connecting the website with HubSpot, Salesforce, analytics tools, and the Ivo product.
- Develop sign-up flows that pass user data from initial touch through the application.
- Own Core Web Vitals, web performance, technical SEO, privacy compliance, consent management, and tag governance.
- Build AI-driven web tooling and workflows, including AI-assisted editing, publishing, and agentic development automation.
- Develop polished interactive frontend experiences in partnership with design.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience building and running high-traffic marketing websites.
- Deep hands-on production experience with Next.js and strong TypeScript and React skills.
- Experience with headless or hybrid CMS platforms used with a Next.js frontend.
- A record of measurable improvements in conversions, publishing efficiency, or advertising performance.
- Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, server-side tracking, and attribution.
- Experience integrating marketing automation platforms and CRMs, particularly HubSpot, and building custom middleware.
- Strong web performance and conversion optimization judgment.
- Experience using AI agents and tooling in software development workflows.
- Ability to own a technical domain independently, set direction, define processes, and ship.
- Startup experience is preferred but not required.
