Base Salary
$130k - $225k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and build product interfaces from early concepts through launch.
- Make agent runs, evaluation results, reward signals, and quality feedback understandable and actionable.
- Partner with research and engineering teams to turn reinforcement learning and evaluation workflows into useful tools.
- Talk with users, identify areas of difficulty, and improve the product based on feedback.
- Develop reusable interaction patterns while maintaining high standards for usability, visual quality, and implementation.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in design engineering, product design, or a similar role shipping product interfaces.
- Front-end engineering skills and experience turning designs into working interfaces; full-stack product engineering experience is relevant.
- A portfolio of shipped design-engineering work and a record of improving products through user feedback.
- Technical education or strong technical fundamentals, plus experience working closely with engineers and researchers.
- Strong product and interaction design judgment and the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
- Experience with developer tools, data-rich products, research software, AI agents, evaluations, reinforcement learning, or training data is useful.
Benefits
- Salary range of $130,000 to $225,000 USD annually.
