Responsibilities
- Build and ship product features across the platform from identifying user needs through production release.
- Talk directly with users, define useful outcomes, and decide what to build independently.
- Own the quality and reliability of shipped work, investigate issues, and make improvements.
- Use AI coding tools as part of the daily development workflow.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of professional software engineering experience.
- Track record of shipping a product to real users and explaining what broke and how it was fixed.
- Experience as a product-minded engineer who works with users and delivers features end to end.
- Regular, substantial use of AI coding tools in daily development.
- A degree from a recognized university or experience at a recognized engineering employer.
- Motivation to relocate from Europe to San Francisco and work in person by January 2027.
