Responsibilities
- Lead technical architecture design and ensure alignment with product strategy and business goals.
- Guide and mentor engineers in best practices, coding standards, and system design.
- Design and develop scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions across backend, cloud, and UI components.
- Champion the use of AI for automation and development, including advanced applications of GitHub Copilot.
- Evaluate and adopt emerging technologies to strengthen system reliability and innovation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, R&D, DevOps, QA) to deliver end-to-end solutions.
- Drive DevOps excellence through CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and cloud deployment strategies.
- Own technical decisions and provide clear rationale for architectural trade-offs.
- Troubleshoot complex production issues with accountability and foresight.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning, innovation, and technical excellence.
Requirements
- 8–12 years of hands-on experience in software engineering and system design.
- Proven expertise in architectural decision-making and guiding engineering teams.
- Strong programming skills in Java, Python, and proficiency with cloud platforms (AWS preferred).
- Deep understanding of AI/ML concepts and practical experience integrating AI into development workflows.
- Advanced knowledge of GitHub Copilot and other AI-driven development tools.
- Experience with modern UI frameworks (Angular, React, Vue).
- Solid grasp of data structures, algorithms, and distributed system design.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git, Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- A proactive leader with strong ownership, curiosity, and a drive to innovate.
- Ability to collaborate effectively within global, cross-functional teams.
