Responsibilities

Deliver and support complex technical implementations and customisations across InterSystems platforms.
Analyse enhancement requests and assess feasibility, risk, and development effort.
Provide technical guidance to project managers and implementation teams.
Develop, test, troubleshoot, and optimise integrations and platform configurations.
Resolve acceptance issues before and after go-live and support live environments.
Produce and maintain technical documentation and training materials.
Participate in peer reviews, on-site implementations, technical training, and extended support rotas.
Mentor team members and contribute to continuous improvement of delivery quality.

Strong technical background in software development, integrations, and data-driven systems.
Proficiency in HTML, JavaScript, SQL, and database concepts.
Experience working in client-facing roles and delivering within fixed timelines.
Ability to analyse complex technical problems and communicate solutions clearly.
Experience producing technical documentation and delivering technical training.
Knowledge of healthcare systems, NHS environments, and integration standards such as HL7 and HIE.
Experience with InterSystems technologies and cross-platform integrations is desirable.
Degree-level education or equivalent professional experience.
Ability to travel and support customers on-site.
