Responsibilities
- Lead the design, configuration, and development of enterprise Appian applications.
- Ensure solutions are secure, maintainable, and aligned with Appian best practices.
- Collaborate with architects, product managers, and engineering teams to shape technical solutions.
- Guide clients on solution design, integration approaches, and delivery best practices.
- Mentor junior developers and elevate engineering quality across delivery teams.
- Contribute to Agile delivery ceremonies and maintain delivery quality through technical reviews.
Requirements
- Proven experience delivering enterprise-scale Appian solutions.
- Strong experience developing Appian applications using various Appian components.
- Understanding of relational databases, SQL, and enterprise data structures.
- Experience designing and implementing integrations using Connected Systems and Web APIs.
- Ability to identify performance bottlenecks and maintain production stability.
- Experience producing technical design documentation and delivering high-quality solutions.
