Base Salary
$180k - $250k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build and ship frontend features for ReadyOn’s real-time labor orchestration and labor insights platform.
- Develop data-driven user interfaces using TypeScript, React, and GraphQL.
- Build and maintain Storybook component libraries.
- Write and maintain unit and end-to-end tests using the stated testing tools.
- Optimize frontend performance and support accessibility, responsive design, and cross-browser compatibility.
- Collaborate across core engineering, AI, and platform teams in a rapidly changing startup environment.
Requirements
- 5+ years of frontend engineering experience with production systems.
- Expertise in TypeScript and React.
- Experience building and maintaining Storybook component libraries.
- Unit testing experience with tools such as Jest or Vitest and React Testing Library.
- GraphQL experience with tools such as Apollo or Relay.
- Proficiency in client-side JavaScript, modern frameworks, and cross-browser compatibility.
- End-to-end testing experience with tools such as Playwright or Cypress.
- Experience with performance optimization, accessibility, and responsive design best practices.
- Strong appreciation for clean, well-documented, and maintainable code.
