Base Salary
$265k - $380k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop new products, features, and tools across the stack for customers’ autonomy development workflows.
- Identify and scope complex engineering challenges, design solutions, and lead implementation across teams.
- Influence technical strategy while balancing new features, scaling challenges, and technical debt.
- Collaborate with infrastructure, robotics, graphics, and other domain experts.
- Interact closely with users to collect feedback and contribute to technical and product decisions.
Requirements
- 7-10+ years of experience shipping complex software.
- Proven experience designing and implementing solutions to complex architectural problems.
- Production experience writing in C++, Python, TypeScript, or Golang.
- Experience mentoring software engineers.
