Responsibilities
- Design, code, enhance, and optimize scalable custom software solutions across systems and applications.
- Serve as a subject-matter expert and collaborate with and manage the team to execute technical work.
- Make team decisions and provide solutions to problems spanning multiple teams.
- Lead implementation of software development best practices to improve processes and team productivity.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex software issues across integrated systems.
- Mentor team members and facilitate knowledge sharing and technical excellence.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align solutions with organizational and client goals.
Requirements
- At least 12 years of total professional experience is required.
- At least 12 years of experience in Anaplan is required.
- Proficiency in Anaplan is mandatory.
- Strong experience designing and developing scalable software solutions with modern development frameworks.
- Ability to apply agile methodologies effectively in software development projects.
- Experience collaborating with diverse teams to deliver software products.
- Competence in optimizing software components for performance and maintainability.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
