Responsibilities
- Lead the technical design, development, and implementation of complex Salesforce solutions.
- Collaborate with business analysts, product owners, technical leads, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Manage and optimize Salesforce configurations for scalability, security, and performance.
- Oversee continuous deployment and release processes for Salesforce applications.
- Design database and relational data modeling strategies within the Salesforce ecosystem.
- Develop scripts for automation, data manipulation, and integrations.
- Ensure Salesforce data and application security and integrity.
- Implement source control and code management practices.
- Champion service operations and resilience, identifying and addressing potential issues.
- Facilitate technical discussions, workshops, and decision-making processes.
- Mentor junior developers and promote knowledge sharing and technical excellence.
- Lead system design for new Salesforce features and integrations.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Technical Lead or in a similar senior technical role.
- Deep expertise in Salesforce, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and other relevant modules.
- Experience with Salesforce configuration management, continuous deployment, and release processes.
- Proficiency with database design and relational data modeling in a Salesforce context.
- Strong scripting abilities using technologies such as Apex, JavaScript, SOQL, and SOSL.
- Experience with service operations and resilience planning for enterprise applications.
- Expertise with source control and code management tools such as Git and Azure DevOps.
- Knowledge of information security, secure development, system design, and architectural patterns.
- Understanding of digital project management, facilitation, risk management, and technical problem-solving.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills, including the ability to influence and guide technical teams.
- Experience creating high-performing teams, mentoring developers, and fostering technical growth.
