Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable backend systems for the Resilience Cloud platform.
- Mentor junior engineers by reviewing their code and designs.
- Propose solutions to complex design problems and identify areas for engineering improvements.
- Generate detailed specifications for development using GenAI.
- Independently handle complex escalations and guide others in the team.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in a product company.
- Extensive hands-on experience in Go, Python, C++, or Java on Unix/Linux or Windows.
- Strong programming skills with knowledge of Data Structures, Algorithms, and Design Concepts.
- Experience with Service-Oriented Architecture and Microservices.
- Familiarity with cloud technologies, preferably AWS.
