Responsibilities
- Own the technical direction and architecture of custom software solutions.
- Lead teams through software design, development, and delivery.
- Serve as a subject-matter expert and manage team performance.
- Make team decisions and contribute to decisions across multiple teams.
- Establish and enforce development standards for consistent software quality.
- Ensure solutions meet scalability, performance, and business objectives.
- Facilitate communication and coordination across cross-functional teams.
- Mentor and support junior team members.
Requirements
- At least five years of experience in Jakarta EE.
- Proficiency in Jakarta EE, Java, J2EE, and multithreading.
- Experience with relational databases, preferably Azure SQL.
- Experience with messaging through MQ or Kafka.
- Experience with Spring Core, Spring Boot, Spring Web Services, and related open-source frameworks and tools.
- Experience with Solr, Camel, and Swagger.
- Experience with REST web services and microservices.
- Experience with AI-assisted software development.
- Preferred front-end experience with Angular, React JS, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or Ext-JS.
- Completion of 15 years of full-time education.
