Responsibilities
- Own the technical direction and architecture of custom software solutions.
- Lead teams through software design, development, and delivery.
- Establish and enforce development standards for high-quality deliverables.
- Make team decisions and contribute to key decisions across multiple teams.
- Provide technical solutions for immediate and cross-functional teams.
- Ensure software scalability, performance, and alignment with business objectives.
- Facilitate communication between cross-functional teams.
- Mentor and support junior team members.
Requirements
- At least five years of experience with Jakarta EE.
- Proficiency in Jakarta EE, Java, and J2EE.
- Experience with relational databases, preferably Microsoft SQL Server.
- Experience with Kafka messaging.
- Knowledge of event-driven architecture.
- Experience with Spring, including Spring Core, Spring Boot, and Spring Web Services.
- Experience with REST web services and microservices is preferred.
- Experience with AI-assisted software development is preferred.
- Completion of 15 years of full-time education.
