Responsibilities
- Partner with management teams to integrate application functions, define system enhancements, and deploy products and process improvements.
- Analyze complex business and system processes to resolve high-impact problems and develop innovative solutions.
- Design, develop, test, debug, and implement Oracle EBS applications in accordance with enterprise architecture and coding standards.
- Develop and maintain Oracle EBS financial modules, workflows, reports, integrations, and web services.
- Serve as a subject matter expert and advisor while coaching mid-level developers and analysts and allocating work as needed.
- Lead or support successful project implementation, risk assessment, compliance, and control activities.
- Use AI-assisted and automated development tools with professional judgment to improve software quality, reliability, and delivery outcomes.
Requirements
- 10+ years of relevant experience in applications development or systems analysis.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; a master’s degree is preferred.
- Extensive experience with systems analysis and software application programming.
- Strong technical and functional knowledge of Oracle EBS 12.2.9, Oracle General Ledger, Fixed Assets, Payables, and Project Accounting.
- Strong experience with AOL, PL/SQL, PL/SQL JSON, Shell Scripting, and RICE components.
- Strong experience with XML and XML/BI Publisher, Oracle Workflows, Oracle Forms, and Oracle Reports.
- Experience with Oracle Application Framework, SOAP, and RESTful web services.
- Experience managing and implementing successful projects and serving as a subject matter expert in applications development.
- Demonstrated leadership, project management, prioritization, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to apply professional judgment when using AI-generated outputs, ensuring accuracy, security, and maintainability.
