Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain software solutions using C#, Microsoft .NET, and SQL.
- Build secure, scalable RESTful APIs and modern service-based architectures.
- Develop and support containerized applications using Docker.
- Contribute to cloud-ready and cloud-native designs, solution estimation, technical planning, and platform modernization.
- Drive code quality through peer reviews and engineering best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable and maintainable solutions.
- Mentor developers through code reviews, knowledge sharing, and technical guidance.
- Contribute to troubleshooting, performance optimization, monitoring, logging, and production issue resolution.
Requirements
- Strong commercial experience developing enterprise applications with C# and Microsoft .NET.
- Experience designing and developing RESTful APIs and working with Docker and containerized applications.
- Strong understanding of software engineering practices including testing, source control, and CI/CD.
- Experience with relational databases, application integration, and distributed or event-driven systems.
- Experience with cloud platforms, Kubernetes, observability, infrastructure as code, or automated environment provisioning is desirable.
- Experience modernizing large-scale .NET applications or legacy platforms is desirable.
- Experience providing technical leadership and mentoring within a development team.
- Experience with government, justice, courts, case management, or highly regulated systems is desirable.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline, or equivalent industry experience.
- Relevant Microsoft, cloud, container, or software engineering certifications are advantageous.
