Responsibilities
- Design, develop, configure, and customize Salesforce solutions according to best practices.
- Build scalable applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, and Salesforce platform tools.
- Translate business requirements into high-quality technical solutions with architects, stakeholders, and project teams.
- Participate in solution design, development, testing, deployment, production support, environment management, and release management.
- Build and maintain Salesforce integrations with enterprise applications using APIs and web services.
- Own assigned modules and ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
- Contribute to Salesforce governance, architecture, security, compliance, and reliability initiatives.
- Stay current with Salesforce releases, features, and industry best practices.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
- Strong expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, and Salesforce platform development tools.
- Proven experience delivering Salesforce solutions across the full software development lifecycle.
- Experience working in Agile delivery environments and collaborating with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills, independence, proactive collaboration, and customer focus.
- Experience with REST APIs, web services, JavaScript, enterprise integrations, corporate website integrations, and bespoke application integrations is highly desirable.
- Experience with Single Sign-On, OAuth, SAML, Active Directory, and ADFS is highly desirable.
- Experience with Salesforce data migration, data modeling, schema design, Salesforce Clouds, LinkedIn, Eloqua, and AppExchange products is desirable.
- Understanding of enterprise integration patterns is desirable.
- Legacy application modernization, Azure DevOps, CI/CD, and release management experience is a nice-to-have.
