Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design and implement distributed storage solutions for AI workloads.
- Develop exabyte-scale, S3-compatible object storage.
- Optimize storage performance using RDMA and distributed filesystem protocols.
- Improve reliability, durability, and observability of the storage stack.
- Monitor and troubleshoot storage systems in production environments.
- Create metrics and dashboards for storage performance visibility.
- Build automation for consistent system performance.
- Analyze telemetry data to enhance throughput and resilience.
- Collaborate with platform, product, and infrastructure teams.
- Mentor engineers on best practices for high-performance systems.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 4–8 years of experience in storage systems engineering or infrastructure.
- Hands-on experience with object storage or distributed filesystems.
- Familiarity with storage protocols like S3 and NFS.
- Proficiency in systems programming languages such as Go, C, or Rust.
- Experience with storage observability tools and telemetry pipelines.
- Knowledge of cloud-native infrastructure and Kubernetes.
