Responsibilities
- Build and maintain production-grade automation workflows using n8n or Make.com.
- Use AI tools to support data enrichment, personalization, outreach sequencing, and GTM operations.
- Write SQL and Python scripts to collect, transform, and visualize data.
- Design and maintain reporting infrastructure using Looker Studio or Snowflake.
- Identify process inefficiencies and build clean, maintainable technical solutions from scratch.
- Own strategic projects independently in a hybrid team environment.
Requirements
- 1 to 3 years of professional experience in GTM operations, growth, or data analytics.
- Hands-on production experience with automation platforms such as n8n or Make.com.
- Strong skills in SQL, Python, and BI tools such as Looker Studio or Snowflake.
- Active experience using AI tools such as Claude or ChatGPT.
- 1 to 2 years of experience in a fast-paced environment such as a startup, consulting, investment banking, private equity, or venture capital.
- Native or C2-level German proficiency and professional fluency in written and spoken English.
- Prior B2B SaaS experience or experience building a system or process from the ground up is a plus.
Benefits
- Annual salary of 50,000 to 70,000 EUR.
- Hybrid work arrangement in Berlin, Germany.
- Candidates must be based in Berlin or willing to relocate.
