Base Salary
$150k - $250k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own the GTM stack, including architecture, data model, automation, and ongoing evolution.
- Build and operate outbound infrastructure spanning list building, enrichment, sequencing, delivery, and conversion tracking.
- Design and maintain integrations among CRM, marketing automation, financial systems, data warehouse, and support tooling.
- Run and optimize paid acquisition experiments across search, social, and content syndication channels.
- Build AI-powered workflows for enrichment, scoring, pipeline visibility, and representative productivity.
- Evaluate and integrate tools such as Clay, Gong, and Apollo into a coherent revenue stack.
- Partner with the Head of Sales, founding RevOps hire, and company founders on systems, growth experiments, and build-versus-buy decisions.
- Own the systems and experiments roadmap and generate measurable qualified pipeline.
Requirements
- 4–8 years of experience in Growth Engineering, Marketing Engineering, Revenue Operations, Sales Engineering, or similar roles.
- Hands-on experience with CRM configuration, automation, sequencing platforms, and GTM integrations.
- A proven track record running outbound or paid acquisition motions, preferably at an early-stage company without a dedicated marketing team.
- Ability to read and write SQL, work with APIs, and build lightweight automations independently.
- Experience owning business outcomes rather than only executing assigned tasks.
- Experience building a GTM motion from scratch at a Series A–C company is preferred.
- Hands-on experience embedding AI or LLM tooling into growth workflows is preferred.
- Exposure to B2B SaaS, fintech, or professional services revenue motions is preferred.
- Familiarity with product-led growth mechanics such as free trials, activation funnels, and expansion signals is preferred.
