Responsibilities
- Build, operate and improve purpose-built GRC tools for internal and external users.
- Work with GRC power users to identify and replace toil with intuitive workflows.
- Integrate external vendor systems with internal infrastructure for seamless data flow.
- Prototype and productionize GenAI features to enhance human judgement in compliance tasks.
- Maintain high standards for code quality, reliability, and security in GRC systems.
Requirements
- Strong technical background with 4+ years of engineering experience.
- Experience working across the full stack, from backend data models to user interfaces.
- Deep understanding of user needs to solve problems elegantly.
- Ability to thrive in a new team environment and help define the roadmap.
- Effective communication of technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
