Responsibilities
- Design, write and maintain Customer Observability code and features.
- Contribute to and lead medium-sized technical projects into production.
- Work with customers and support engineers to fix issues and participate in on-call rotation.
- Collaborate with engineers to improve coding best practices and operational systems.
- Engage in technical discussions to solve challenges.
Requirements
- Enjoy collaboration and being part of a team.
- Have experience writing backend systems in a compiled language (Java, C#, Go, etc.).
- Possess knowledge of modern, scalable web application design and architecture.
- Be familiar with debugging and troubleshooting production issues.
- Have a strong understanding of algorithms and data structures.
