Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain an automation QA framework, test cases, and tools for validating data center storage solutions.
- Develop automated tests for new storage solutions and feature sets.
- Improve the efficiency and capabilities of the QA automation framework.
- Debug and triage test case and product failures with QA and Development teams.
- Maintain servers and hardware/software components used for continuous automated testing.
- Track tasks and provide estimates while following the Agile methodology.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering.
- At least 2 years of programming experience using C++ and Bash shell scripting.
- Knowledge of object-oriented design and programming best practices.
- Strong analysis, debugging, verbal communication, and written communication skills.
- Experience with multithreaded environments and Linux operating systems.
- Ability to apply memory management techniques in low-memory environments is preferred.
- Familiarity with server storage technologies and concepts such as RAID and SCSI is preferred.
- Experience with Java, Python, and/or Perl is preferred.

- Travel is expected to be 0%–25%.
- The regular schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with 80% sitting, 10% standing, and 10% walking.
