Responsibilities
- Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize existing applications.
- Analyze complex technical problems and propose effective solutions.
- Foster a culture of learning and continuous improvement within the team.
- Implement secure coding practices and adhere to regulatory standards.
- Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality and provide constructive feedback.
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality software features within established timelines.
Requirements
- 2+ years of development experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- Proficient in C++ (C++ 14 and up).
- Understanding of COM fundamentals and experience integrating COM components.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Foundation Classes (MFC).
- Hands-on experience working with Microsoft SQL Server.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
