Base Salary
$130k - $180k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build, maintain, and improve the end-to-end test automation framework using Playwright.
- Author and maintain release validation documentation for compliance with 21 CFR Part 11 and GxP.
- Evaluate and apply AI-assisted testing techniques to enhance coverage and reduce manual effort.
- Integrate quality gates across CI/CD pipelines to balance speed and regulatory rigor.
- Collaborate with engineers to write tests alongside features and identify risks early.
- Contribute to QA process improvements and serve as a resource for teammates.
Requirements
- Strong proficiency with Playwright and experience in building reliable automation frameworks.
- Exposure to GxP validation practices and experience with traceability matrices and validation reports.
- Familiarity with 21 CFR Part 11, GCP, or similar regulatory frameworks.
- Curiosity about AI tooling in testing and eagerness to explore LLM-assisted techniques.
- Solid engineering fundamentals with the ability to read production code and debug across the stack.
- Clear communication skills to explain test strategies and risk tradeoffs to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of software or QA engineering experience with a focus on test automation.
