Responsibilities
- Own and evolve developer experience tools, workflows, systems, and day-to-day engineering practices.
- Identify high-impact problems and determine whether to address them through tooling changes, process changes, or direct collaboration.
- Work with multiple specialized engineering teams to improve the systems and approaches that support their goals.
- Build and guide the direction of internal or customer-facing tools and existing delivery reporting systems.
- Influence cross-team ownership models, review practices, quality gates, and delivery approaches.
- Own delivery across teams in a technical program leadership capacity.
Requirements
- 8+ years of professional software engineering experience.
- Experience with Xcode and iOS development.
- Experience building internal or customer-facing tools that solve real problems.
- Experience with build systems, continuous integration, or automated test infrastructure.
- Preferred: experience building developer-facing tooling used daily by engineering teams.
- Preferred: experience changing engineering team practices, including ownership models, review practices, and quality gates.
- Preferred: experience owning cross-team delivery as a technical program lead or through combined engineering and program ownership.
- Preferred: fluency with current agent architecture patterns and a track record of adapting as they evolve.
