Responsibilities
- Act as the technical focal point and subject matter expert for High-Level Control solutions across the SECTRO product portfolio.
- Maintain an overview of the High-Level Control landscape to ensure consistency, standardization, and scalability.
- Drive technical decision-making and architectural direction for High-Level Control software.
- Contribute to defining and maintaining the SECTRO roadmap.
- Translate business needs, project requirements, and technology opportunities into actionable development initiatives.
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of High-Level Control software solutions.
- Collaborate with external suppliers and technology partners on integrations.
- Provide expert guidance to project teams throughout design, implementation, commissioning, and operational phases.
Requirements
- Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Automation Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Extensive experience in complex industrial, logistics, automation, or mission-critical environments.
- Knowledge of software architecture, system integration, and interface design.
- Experience with High-Level Control systems, distributed software platforms, or similar solutions.
- Proven ability to drive technical direction and coordinate activities across global, multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proactive mindset with strong ownership, accountability, and technical leadership.
- Fluency in written and spoken English.
