Base Salary
$194k - $291k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own the native C++ perception data visualization and annotation platforms.
- Render and manipulate large multimodal Lidar, camera, and radar datasets efficiently in user interfaces.
- Optimize real-time 3D rendering of dense Lidar point clouds and multi-camera projections.
- Parse raw sensor data and manage propagation between onboard hardware logs and offboard visualization.
- Build data validation layers that detect sensor calibration, synchronization, and human labeling errors.
- Create resilient API boundaries between ML data pipelines and Ground Truth/Data Platform infrastructure.
- Provide technical leadership across ML, data, infrastructure, and labeling operations.
Requirements
- BS or MS in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Robotics, or a related quantitative field.
- 4+ years of industry software engineering experience.
- Fluency in C++ and strong familiarity with Python.
- Experience building robust, high-performance software systems or infrastructure.
- Ability to lead cross-functional technical projects and complete complex work in ambiguous environments.
- Robotics software stack, sensor parsing, coordinate frame, and pipeline propagation experience is a bonus.
- WebGL, OpenGL, point cloud processing, or autonomous driving sensor data familiarity is a bonus.
