Responsibilities
- Lead the complete lifecycle of features for ads lift measurement products.
- Evaluate campaign performance by enhancing core products like Split Test and Brand Lift.
- Build automated data validation and integrity checks.
- Collaborate with the Engineering Manager on long-term technical vision.
- Mentor engineers and contribute to the team's technical growth.
- Stay updated on industry innovations and adapt them to Reddit's platform.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, or a similar STEM field.
- 8+ years of software engineering experience.
- Domain knowledge in Ads tech and experimentation methodology.
- Proficient in at least one programming language such as Python, Go, Java, or C/C++.
- Strong understanding of system design, algorithms, and data structures.
- Knowledge of experimentation fundamentals and causal measurement.
