Responsibilities
- Lead solutioning, pre-sales, and delivery activities for complex Oracle ERP Cloud opportunities and programs.
- Assess stated and unstated customer needs and define end-to-end solution strategies.
- Lead discovery, architecture, and design workshops with clients and executive stakeholders.
- Shape multi-pillar Oracle ERP Cloud solutions across SaaS, PaaS, and IaaS.
- Lead large RFP/RFX responses, proactive pursuits, bid management, solution selling, and outcome-based selling.
- Collaborate across practices to improve win rates and delivery outcomes.
- Develop capability collateral, reusable assets, and thought leadership.
- Translate customer needs into business value and solution strategies.
Requirements
- 15+ years of Oracle ERP delivery experience across Oracle E-Business Suite and Oracle Cloud Applications.
- Proven experience architecting and delivering multi-pillar Oracle ERP Cloud solutions with strong knowledge of Oracle SaaS, PaaS, and IaaS capabilities.
- Deep functional knowledge of Oracle ERP Financials, including General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Cash Management, Fixed Assets, Project Portfolio Management, and Record to Report.
- Strong understanding of current Oracle ERP and AI offerings, including AI within ERP and broader AI practices.
- Demonstrated ability to independently lead executive discovery sessions, architecture discussions, and design workshops.
- Experience leading large RFP/RFX responses, proactive pursuits, solution selling, bid management, and outcome-based selling.
- Working knowledge of U.S. Oracle ERP localizations, statutory requirements, and taxation requirements.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills for aligning cross-functional teams and articulating business value.
- Oracle Enterprise Performance Management knowledge and experience is preferred.
- Relevant Oracle Cloud certifications are desirable.
