Responsibilities
- Own and drive complex platform workstreams end-to-end.
- Design, build, and operate high-quality distributed backend services.
- Analyze and refine service and data architectures.
- Establish and champion engineering standards through design reviews.
- Partner with Legal, Finance, and Policy for compliance-ready solutions.
- Drive the adoption of modern technologies and AI toolsets.
- Contribute across critical fulfillment domains.
Requirements
- 7+ years of backend software development experience.
- Proficiency in at least one backend language such as Ruby, Python, or Go.
- Experience building and operating large-scale distributed backend services.
- Proven track record of leading complex, cross-functional projects.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
