Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain web applications using Java, Spring Boot, Angular, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript or TypeScript.
- Design and implement RESTful APIs and microservices.
- Build responsive and user-friendly Angular UI components.
- Manage application data using relational and NoSQL databases.
- Integrate third-party services, APIs, and AI capabilities into applications.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, debugging, and deployment activities.
- Optimize application performance, scalability, and security.
- Use AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver software solutions.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of Java full-stack development experience is required.
- Strong proficiency in Core Java, object-oriented programming concepts, collections, streams, and multithreading.
- Hands-on experience with Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data JPA, Hibernate, and microservices.
- Strong experience with Angular, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Experience with REST APIs and web services.
- Knowledge of PostgreSQL, MySQL, Oracle, and MongoDB databases.
- Experience with Git, Maven or Gradle, CI/CD tools, JUnit, and unit or integration testing.
- Understanding of generative AI and large language models is preferred.
- Experience integrating OpenAI or Azure OpenAI APIs, prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation, LangChain, or Semantic Kernel is preferred.
- Experience building AI-powered chatbots, copilots, or knowledge assistants is preferred.
- Cloud experience with Azure and knowledge of event-driven architecture or Kafka are nice to have.
